The week FLIPPED. Brent CRATERED toward USD89, a two-month low, after Washington floated an Iran peace deal as soon as this weekend, delayed its strikes, and DANGLED a reopened Strait of Hormuz. Wall Street staged its biggest BOUNCE in two months and risk caught a bid. The ZAR, though, gave back last week’s gains, drifting past 16.50 as the dollar finally found its FOOTING. So MZANSI loses a touch on the currency but wins at the pump if cheaper crude sticks, while AU and BTC kept COOLING off their highs. NONE of this earns a portfolio shuffle. The clever CHASE the relief rally; the wise SIT on their hands. AVOID the urge to TINKER.
