US stock futures held steady as markets looked to end November slightly WEAKER, pressured by tech losses and Fed UNCERTAINTY. Sentiment later improved on rising expectations of additional rate CUTS. Eastern and European markets were MIXED, with modest regional gains tempered by cautious sentiment and lingering policy uncertainties. Mzansi’s stock MARKET index posted a slight gain in the latest session and remains higher month-on-month, with a SOLID year-on-year increase (31 %).
